ROCK ME VIENNA is a brand of the legal entity Ghezzo GmbH, 1200 Vienna, Jaegerstrasse 63/7, registered under FN 429976 v, VAT ID: ATU 69363789 which organises the event, issues the invoices and is the contractual partner of the artists, their agencies, participants, suppliers and sponsors.

These terms and conditions are subject to change and the valid version will be published on this website. 

Ticket purchase in our webshop

By registering for the ROCK ME VIENNA guitar academy, you agree to our terms and conditions. By placing your order, the contract is concluded with the legal entity Ghezzo GmbH, 1200 Vienna, Jaegerstrasse 63/7, FN 429976 v. 

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made via the online shop of ROCK ME VIENNA, operated by Ghezzo GmbH, 

The presentation of our packages on this website is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
A purchase contract is concluded only when we confirm your order by email (order confirmation).

All prices are stated in euros (€), including 20% VAT and 20% service fee.
Accepted payment methods are clearly stated during the checkout process: Paypal, credit card, bank transfer.
We will not charge any additional fees for specific payment methods. Any fees that your payment service provider charges you, are not subject to our contract. 

Tickets are issued electronically and are valid only for the services included in your package.
The resale of tickets is not permitted without the explicit written consent of ROCK ME VIENNA / GHEZZO GMBH. Please also note our cancellation policies below. 

Digital tickets will be delivered electronically to the email address provided by the customer immediately after successful payment.
Physical delivery does not apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria, excluding the conflict of law rules and the UN Sales Convention.

You confirm that you are over 18 years of age. Participants who are older than 16 but younger than 18 years of age must have the explicit consent of their parents or legal guardians. Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18.

The early bird bookings are open until 2025-07-31 23:59: we offer a discount of -10%. 

If you cancel your participation before 2025-06-30 23:59, we will return the amount paid minus a service fee of 20% of the booking amount.

If you cancel your participation later than 2025-07-01 00:00, and before 2025-10-15 23:59, we will return the amount paid minus 50% of the total booking amount.

For later cancellations, the full price will be charged. Transferring the ticket to another person is possible but needs a written agreement with Ghezzo GmbH.

Should Ghezzo GmbH cancel the event for organisational reasons, you have the right to a full refund. However, travel expenses or any other expenses will not be refunded.

In the case of other circumstances, such as climatic or weather conditions, political situations, illness or other influences of force majeure, which make the event impossible, Ghezzo GmbH cannot be required to refund the money or provide any other service.

Marketing Communication and personal data

By registering, participants agree to receive important event related information by email. Please note that European legislation requires us to follow a double opt-in policy. Marketing emails will only be sent with explicit consent. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the opt-out link provided.

Travelling and Insurance

All participants must organise their own travel to Vienna at their own risk and responsibility. We strongly recommend that you check your personal travel requirements, such as valid passport, visa and other entry requirements for Austria, before booking the event. We also recommend that you obtain adequate travel insurance.

Liability and limitations

You may bring your music equipment into the venue. You must ensure to handle and use it with the maximum consideration for the operation of the hotel and the maximum protection of the hotel, its inventory, other guests and their equipment. You must leave the hotel building, furnishings, inventory, facilities and equipment in the condition in which you found them. In particular, it is forbidden to drive nails into walls without the express permission of the hotel. You shall be liable for any deterioration, damage and extraordinary wear and tear caused by you or your equipment.

Participants are expected to be respectful of others and the facility. Any disruptive behaviour, including harassment, vandalism or breach of the rules, may result in expulsion from the event without refund. Attendees must abide by the rules and regulations of the venue at all times.

We, our event providers, suppliers and sponsors will not be liable or responsible for any damage to you or your property - whether direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential - whether caused by the event, its organisation, the website, its content or any other cause.

Indemnification

All partners, contractors, participants and suppliers must comply with Austrian laws and regulations. In any event, Austria shall be the exclusive place of jurisdiction.

Photography

You may use images or extracts from this website for personal use only, as long as you acknowledge the copyright that appears on each piece of content.

At the event we will take photographs of artists, delegates, sessions, breaks, side events inside and outside the venue. We will use these for further announcements, social media, press releases, future event websites and digital or printed collateral. By registering for this event, you agree to our terms and policies.
